Venison Cubed Steak
This recipe was sent to me by A. Crumpton from Americus, Ga. It sounds real good, I am going to try it the first chance I get.
Venison steaks, tenderized
Coat cubed steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Cavender's seasoning and Worstershire sauce, place in storage dish, cover meat half way with milk, cover and refrigerate over night. In a separate dish mix flour and cayenne pepper. Remove meat from milk and dip into flour mixture. Cook until crispy.
