Swiss Venison Steak




3-4 lb venison steaks
1 cup flour
3 large brown onions, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 16 oz can tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper steak, coat thoroughly with flour. Add enough oil to fry pan for frying, heat, add steak and brown. Place onion and pepper on top of steak, pour tomatoes over the top. Turn heat to low and simmer covered for 1 hour.

Serves 5-7
