Parmesan Quail over Noodles



8 Quail, dressed and pieced
1 cup Flour
2 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 can Cream of Celery Soup
2 Chicken Bullion Cubes
2 cup Water
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
2 Sweet Onions, sliced thin
1 Bay Leaf
1/3 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 package Wide Egg Noodles
Salt and Pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a medium fry pan. Season quail with salt and pepper to taste, dredge pieces through flour coating thoroughly. Place in fry pan and brown. Remove quail and place in crock pot. Add the soups, bullion cubes, water, wine, onions, and bay leaf in a crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours. Stir a couple times then reduce heat to low and cook an additional 4 to 5 hours or until the quail pieces are very tender. Cook up the egg noodles according to package instructions. Spoon quail over noodles and sprinkle with parmesan, serve.

Serves 4 hungry persons.
