Quail - Rice Casserole



2 cups quail, boiled and striped from bone
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 6 oz can mushroom pieces
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1-1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter

Prepare rice according to package instructions. Mix rice, quail, onion soup mix, mushroom soup, mushrooms, and milk in a 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
