Pleasantly Delicious Pheasant Soup

2 pheasants
2 cups margarine
2 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoon pepper
3 tablespoon salt
2 packets onion soup mix
vegetables - carrots, potatoes, celery
In order to make the best pheasant soup ever, begin by cutting it into bite size pieces and then sauté it in garlic butter.    While waiting for the pheasant to cook, add your onion soup mix, pepper, salt and vegetables (whatever kind you like, I prefer carrots celery and potatoes) to approximately 3/4 gallons of water and bring to a boil.  Once the meat is cooked, add it to the already boiling water.  Let it boil for about 20 minutes and then reduce heat and let simmer.  I've learned that the longer it simmers, the better the soup is.
