Mud Bug Veggie Fettuccine



1 10 oz can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

The Rest: 
1 cup crawdad tail meat, quartered and de-veined
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables (your choice of variety)
1 garlic clove, minced

3 green onions, chopped
1 9 oz package refrigerated uncooked fettuccine

Cook fettuccine until tender according to package directions. Drain and rinse with hot water; keep warm. In a medium bowl blend all sauce ingredients; set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Gradually add frozen vegetables; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender. Add crawdad meat and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until crawdad meat is firm and vegetables are crisp-tender. Reduce heat to low. Stir in green onions and sauce mixture; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Spoon crawdad mixture over noodles and serve
