Italian Chukar Cacciatore



2 Chuckar, pieced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, pressed
2 can Tomato Paste
2 can Italian Tomato Sauce
2 Stewed Tomatoes
2 small Yellow Onions, diced
1 can Sliced Black Olives
2 large Mushrooms, sliced
Italian Seasoning Spice

Sauté garlic and onions in olive oil 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent. Add chuckar and brown. Mix tomato paste and tomato sauce together in bowl along with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Place chuckar in a casserole dish. Pour mixture of tomato sauce and tomato paste over them. Then add stewed tomatoes. Sprinkle mushrooms and olives and a little Italian seasoning on the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Serve over white rice.
