Southern Bear Chops



Loin Chops (cut to 3/4" thick)
1 can Cream Mushroom Soup
1 6oz. can Mushrooms Caps
1 can French's Onion Rings
1/2 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper


Trim fat from chops. Roll in flour seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion powder to taste. Brown in hot vegetable oil and place in oven pan.

Cover with a can of mushroom soup, a can of water and, if desired a can of mushrooms with liquid. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hours. Remove and  sprinkle onion rings over the top, return to oven for an additional 20-30 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes, cream corn, and oven bakes rolls.
