Bass Fillet Au Gratin


 

Ingredients:

 

1 lb fresh bass fillets

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon onion salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon season salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

 

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place bass in un-greased 12x8 inch baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley, onion salt, paprika and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until bass is flaky. Sprinkle cheese over bass. Bake an additional 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
